Our newest beer brewed for the warm weather is a New-England style IPA PACKED with tropical goodness from Simcoe, Talus and Citra hops.

The beer pours opaque with haze and is pale gold in colour. On the nose, half-ripe mango notes are in the forefront with rhubarb, peach and grapefruit notes playing around in the back. On the palate, the beer seems heavy-bodied with a velvety texture and a unique taste reminiscent of tender coconuts, that, along with the tropical, citrus-pithy notes and the malt sweetness increase the perception of tropical fruit flavours. The finish is full of hop flavours that develop into a grapefruit rind-like bitterness.
