New-England style IPA showcasing Mosaic and some Enigma Hops

The beer pours a deep gold colour and is beautifully hazy. Big aromas of mango, lime zest, passion fruit and hints of berries dominate the nose. The body is extremely smooth due to the large percentage of oats in the grain bill. The bitterness is quite low. On the pallet, the mango notes persist, giving way to some general tropical flavours, citrus zest notes along with a dank hop sensation. The beer finishes slightly sweet, adding to the juicy perception.
