This is a Blonde Ale, which is generally a slightly hoppy, malt forward ale with a clean fermentation. Think of it like the Cream Ale but with more flavour. This Blonde has additions of coffee, vanilla, and cacao nibs for a pleasant bitterness and slight sweetness.
