Wild Patch Mixed Berry Sour - 4.3% ABV. 10 IBU
A bright, fruit-forward sour bursting with raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry, balanced by a touch of Madagascar bourbon vanilla. Light-bodied, refreshingly tart, and endlessly drinkable, this is the perfect patio crusher for warm weather and sunshine.
Our Mixed Berry Sour is soured with Lactobacillus Plantarum, creating a clean, slightly citrusy tartness that lets the fruit shine. Pouring a vibrant pink-orange with a lasting white head, the aroma is packed with fresh raspberry and strawberry, supported by subtle blueberry, vanilla, and biscuit notes. Raspberry leads the flavour, followed by hints of strawberry and blueberry, while the vanilla adds a delicate pastry-like character. Crisp, refreshing, and surprisingly light, this beer drinks almost like a fruit-forward rosé. And despite its creamy fruit character, there is absolutely no lactose in this beer.
