Our Una Cerveza is a Mexican-style Lager. A lightly flavoured, infinitely crushable summer beer, that pairs best with a lime and a day at the beach. This beer pours a light straw colour, slightly hazy, with a full white head. Aroma is very gentle but the corniness in the malt comes through paired with some honey, and some very slight citrus and lime from the hops. The fermentation is clean making this beer very crushable. The malt is slightly bready, and biscuity, with some light notes of raw honey, while the hops are very subtle, may be perceived as lime zest. Finishes clean and smooth, if you enjoy the Cream Ale or the 9-5, you’ll wanna drink this all summer, Salud!
