SPRING MOON WITBIER
Spring Moon Witbier - 4.3% ABV. 15 IBU
Our Spring Moon Wit is a Belgian-style Witbier (White Beer). Fresh citrus zest is forefront on the nose, balanced with earthiness and floral notes stemming from the chamomile and coriander seeds. On the palate the beer is zippy and refreshing due to citrus notes and the spice complexity reveals itself in layers of baking spices like nutmeg and cinnamon, along with a slight hint of candied ginger with the banana-like esters and the doughy. The orange zest keeps the beer feeling fresh on the palate. The beer ends with a white pepper/clove-like spiciness. A great patio beer due to its low alcohol and high drinkability. Amazing with light salads, brunch dishes and a bunch of seafood dishes ranging from grilled fish, smoked salmon and Belgo-french style shellfish.

Very easy drinking light lager, crisp without much bitterness.
